This is a static informational website. We do not run accounts, newsletters or comment systems, and we do not collect or store personal data ourselves.

Third parties. Booking links go to GetYourGuide. When you click through, GetYourGuide may set cookies and process your data under the GetYourGuide privacy policy. The map on the homepage is embedded from Google Maps, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts; both log requests under Google's privacy policy.

Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

Photos. Most tour card and gallery photos are operator images from the GetYourGuide listings: hikers on the trail to the refuge, the boardwalk across the páramo, wild horses, riders on horseback, mountain bikes on a minibus, the snowy summit at sunrise and the Quilotoa crater lake. The large scene images (the volcano above the páramo, the refuge below the glacier, Limpiopungo lagoon, the volcano at golden hour, the guide headers, the condor, the chuquiragua flowers and one card image) are illustrations created for this guide.
